Thank you Michael,

The newer releases require these DLLs. It's required for some security
functioanlity - so though
the DLLs need to be accessed and loaded they aren't used.

Sorry about missing that - still getting used to it myself.

So, Kenn, see if this helps in loading the Provider.

Are you using ASP.NET with IIS?
