Subject:Re: PB + Subversion + Trac integration.
Checking out through PB doesn't lock an object. This means multiple persons 
could work at the same object at the same time however merging isn't 
something that can be done automatically very easy.

We wants stop using the lock/unlock of objects in favor of svn copy-
modify-merge approach and I think SCC check-in/check-out cycle is
unnecessary, isn't it?
