Dear Sir

I need a help.
I have a site on USA www.softcomca.com

I have not got any static IP. I am connecting to internet throug IPSs

I am using linux red hat 6.1.
I need a small program and I will add  inside of rc.local

What I want to do_

Softcomca.com  use NT. I will put a small link on my page.

When I connect to internet through the ISPs, my small program connect to

my site and give the user name and password. and copy somewher my
current IP. And if someone click my href on a page she will connect to
my linux machine@s apache
