Hello Ashraf-

The Arabic version of the PHP Manual needs help, it would be ideal if  
the bulk of your effort went into it instead of an unofficial version.  
As for your site, sounds like a good idea but it isn't something  
php.net can provide a sub domain for. I'm CCing the doc- 
ar@lists.php.net list as this topic belongs there. Salah has started  
the process of organizing the doc-ar effort but I'm not sure where  
that's at.
