Dear Ashraf,

Your email came in a good time since we are just trying to fix and
re-initiate the Arabic translation of the PHP Manual. And as Philip has told
you, it will be better if you and the other programmers utilize your efforts
into the official php translation. We sure will need any available help from
you and your team, and I'm sure we can do much better with you on our side.

Additionally, I think that starting a non-official Arabic manual website
will not be as easy and successful as if you worked directly on the official
one. If you would like to get more information about that, you can send us
your questions.

Hope to get a reply from you very soon regarding the Arabic translation
then we can take it from there and find out how we can collaborate together
to get the Arabic php manual into the light.

Regards,
Salah Faya
