Already have started.. I've just deleted all doc-ar previous files and now
is ready to re-Start..

Now, -as initial step- we have to translate the following files:
ar/language-defs.ent
ar/language-snippets.ent
ar/livedocs.ent
ar/extensions.ent

ar/bookinfo.xml
ar/preface.xml
For those who don't have CVS: download the latest revesions from:
http://cvs.php.net/viewvc.cgi/phpdoc/en/  and send the translated file back
to me in order to cvs it.

These files need immediate action, so it's useless taking a lot of time
translating. However, before you start translating any file please send
me/us a notification first to avoid repeating each other.

ps: Translate using utf-8
