Well, I thought I would get more volunteers than I needed as a response to
my previous email!

What happend to you guys? These few files don't really need a lot of
efforts:

ar/language-snippets.ent
ar/extensions.ent
ar/bookinfo.xml
ar/preface.xml

As I said earlier: for those who don't have CVS download the latest
revesions from: http://cvs.php.net/viewvc.cgi/phpdoc/en/  and send the
translated file back to me in order to cvs it.

These files need immediate action, so it's useless taking a lot of time
translating. However, before you start translating any file please send
me/us a notification first to avoid repeating each other.

If any one don't want to be involved in translation and just want to be a
spectator, please email me to consider so.
