Usually we credit people after having done something (read: this is
the first time I see a first-commit being a credit update)...

It is great that two new translators have joined the team though and I
am looking forward to see a good scandinavian translation :D
Let me know when the docs validate and I'll add it to the regular
builds on docs.php.net
