    Absolutely, Dave.  In fact, we recently changed to the "Creative
Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported" license to make it more usable and
less restricted for that reason.

    You may use it freely, in any way that you'd like, provided that
you never insinuate that you wrote the content, nor that we (the PHP
project) endorse you, your work, or your websites.  Standard stuff.
