Subject:	Jiania application translate Chinese manual version

Hello doc friends,
My name is Jiania,I'm come from  PHPChina(Team Leader).

Today marks a big day in my php life because it's the day I want to planning
 editor of the Chinese online manual,I know the job  is  not easy .because
it's a position that requires work and responsibility and  consistent
time.In these past years when i leader phpchina  i have taken many breaks
are good because i often submit documentation when my feel  like it.slove
anybody bugs i like,and take breaks whenever.but last month i hear chinese
online manual is not active that let me feeling  bad.so today I decided join
doc team and aslo i will leader a China php team to join it.I will try my
best to do it.

Good :)
Please write the appropriate Chinese mailing list and see what happens.
Forgive my ignorance but there are three manuals for Chinese so I guess you
should pick one (or translate all three :)
- Chinese (Simplified) : zh
- Chinese (Hong Kong Cantonese) : hk
- Chinese (Traditional) : tw
None are really all that active currently.
