I like this redesign as it's similar to the current yet updated too. I  
foresee a few minor changes (like clearer version info in the manual)  
but nothing major.

And soon let's talk about if we want to alter content elements. Like  
for example our "Community" section on the front page is a bit dated.  
But, these are www.php.net specific issues...
