Really?  I thought they backed down far enough to prevent Smart Tags from 
automatically hijacking you off to microsoft.com (or msn.com).  My 
impression was that Smart Tags will remain, but users can disable them and 
specify the search engine to use.  I'm probably wrong though, it happened 
once last year so it could happen again I s'pose:)
