Hi!

Another note: README says the name generated is /win32/phpdll[ts].dsw

Also, for some reason DSP generated for ext/intl is really weird - it 
has only root and collator/ files, and the latter aren't in collator 
folder but in the main folder. Other sub-directories are absent.
