    Thank you, Serz.  I've checked the mirror and everything looks
good.  It's been added to our database, so our systems will
continuously monitor the mirror for any problems and alert both you
and this list if any are discovered.  From my tests, PING response
time from your server with eServer/Megaserver is even better than I
expected, so everything should be fine.

    The mirror ru.php.net will become active as soon as DNS has had a
chance to propagate.  Thank you for your donating the resources to
provide an official Russian mirror, and for your continued support of
PHP.
