    As reported by a user in Bug #45654
(http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=45654) there is a problem with at
least one page of the manual in your mirror.  While I've verified that
several other pages do work as expected, the entry for date() does not
work on your mirror in any of the languages I've tested, and instead
shows a blank page:
