Subject:	Please upgrade to PHP5

Hello all

Now that PHP4 is no longer officially supported by php.net we would
appreciate if our mirrors would upgrade to PHP5, preferably in the
next few days.
Furthermore we would appreciate if you could enable the SQLite
extension, which will decrease the load of php.net/<shortcut>
drastically on your mirrors and give more accurate results to the
end-users.
