Hello

I'm interested in what can be done to set up an official php.net  
mirror in Belgium. I'm currently employed as a system/software  
engineer at the largest hosting company in Belgium (http://www.combell.com 
) and got permission to set up a php.net mirror. On the hardware side  
we have 2 1U servers available for this, with no real bandwith limit  
(being a hosting provider). The rsync setup is of course no problem.

I'm informing if it's ok to start this up and if the mirror could be  
accepted as an official mirror in Belgium. If it gets accepted, we can  
then look further on setup and configuration.
