See the latests additions to the manual. It is a basic
documentation on PEAR but something is being done.

Also, as this is Open Source, you can roll up your
sleeves and help by:

a) getting the phpdoc CVS tree from cvs.php.net,
writing some documentation using the DocBook XML, and
finally posting it here or at the PHPDOC list, so
people w/ CVS commit access can update the docs

or

b) getting a CVS account, getting jade (or similar) to
test/process the documentation you write, checking out
the CVS phpdoc tree, writing the docs, testing them
and commiting them yourself

DocBook is not difficult and just needs a simple text
editor.

Even if you do not want to touch XML w/ a ten-foot
pole, you can still write plain text docs on the parts
of PEAR you are more familiar with, and then send them
here were others can add/modify/comment on the doc.
