why not just link to the image from the book's home page? that is what i
did and it works fine. all you need to store is the url and you have to
store several of them to link to the home page, contents, index, sample
chapter, etc. the cover should just be another url like those.

i don't think we should have copies of anything we don't
own/copyright. links to them should be just fine. the only content we
should have is url's, reviews and ratings.
