Subject:	Still Open?

New to perl and new to the CPAN Interface. My environment: WinNt with
gygwin, perl from that distribution (as opposed to ActiveState, which is
useful but..).
How can I modify the behavior of the interface specifically set the
username/password LWP uses to connect?
