Here's the "maybe too short" version once again, it's in the subject:
Test::More 1.005000_002 (over)coverage. In other words: 1.005000_002 has
been used on cpantesters more than enough.

Once a module has received enough attention and has made enough noise,
we can stop looking at it. Cpantesters need to focus on the next N bugs
once they have clearly identified one.

I do not agree with David that we need to kick out dev releases, I
wholeheartedly welcome them.

And I do not agree with you that an additional marker could solve the
problem, because the additional marker is already there. It is widely
visible that Test::More 1.005000_002 is a test release.

I find the current system works quite well and needs no immediate
change. The very rare cases that may be experienced as disturbing get
posted here and can be addressed manually.

The problem at hand is currently solvable in two ways: ask the author to
withdraw his module or ask the cpantesters to ignore it. I chose the
latter because it's harsh, rude, and counterproductive to tell an author
to remove his work even if we know each other as well as we do. But feel
free to consider withdrawing it without being asked:)
