It appears that at least one report you sent is misformed ("perl -V"
output truncated, duplicated info), as in
http://www.nntp.perl.org/group/perl.cpan.testers/2008/09/msg2298177.html.
This may be caused by an obsolete CPAN::Reporter and/or Test::Reporter.
Could you upgrade them and see if it fixes the issue?
