What is the status of the patch ? What to do to ease the merge ?
The kolab groupware server (kolab.org) is waiting for its inclusion
(see https://www.intevation.de/roundup/kolab/issue1755).


I can split it in two patches (if you ask) :
- first: Intermediate Message
- second: RFC 4533
