It looks like you need to install Mac::Glue. Are you using some Perl  
distribution other than the standard one that comes with OS X?  
Mac::Glue was there for me, but my system doesn't have anything in /opt.

I'm having a similar, but much worse issue right now. I can't install  
any modules. Every time I try to install anything with CPAN, I get  
that error on ExtUtils::MakeMaker, which won't install because it  
isn't there.
