I haven't had a chance to play with it yet, but it looks as if the 
modification of the text boxes requires javascript.  A couple of 
things can go wrong here, one is that your browser may not have JS 
enabled, the other is that the necessary JS code may not be included 
in the page properly.  You should check to see if everything is 
making it there and let us know.

I'll see if I can get some time in the next day or two to do some 
further checking.
