Dave and Joe Mulligan have made a death threat against me in the recent pas and against law enforcement. They have admitted to CERB fraud, have been told by me twice verbally not to call, not to call by text a few times and by the RCMP at least twice. 2019-20178 is the RCMP Surrey file number for them. These idiots who I used to work with have been told by me verbally a number of times not to call and by text and by the RCMP yet they continue to do so. In the past they have called as early as 4 am. This is in my opinion criminal harassment and of course a death threat is usu. punishable by 9 months to 18 months in jail. Which is where I want these protective custody guys to go again after a 30 day psychiatric evaluation. 
They claimed in the past to live at 13th and Kingsway and have lived in the New West and Burnaby the last 4 years. They now claim to live in Edmonton. I tried to play it solid but they told me a number of times to call the police so I did what a bunch of tards. Joe Mulligan told me he walked up to a "granny lady" and pulled her pants down.
