Request for "alt.comp.os.windows-11" group creation

It appears Microsoft will be delivering a Windows 11
OS on October 5, 2021. And in honor of that, I would
like to propose the addition of

     alt.comp.os.windows-11

in keeping with the form of alt.comp.os.windows-10 group.

Charter is:

    A group for the discussion of the Windows 11 OS (mainly).

A quick Google shows the proposal has already been
chewed upon. If I knew what the charter for the Windows 10
one looked like, I could have copy/pasted it.
