it's the time to update documentation

if you need a server for reading articles and you dislike 
authentication, news.neodome.net or news.mixmin.net are good.

if you need a posting server, you should use aioe.org (all other servers 
or are read-only or have got a bad reputation so other users couldn't 
read your posts
