They normally only do that "for cause", i.e. TOS violations. I'm not
aware that any of the people you've accused of being Derbyshire have
violated any newsserver's TOS. Which is probably why none of them appear
to have been banned.

You should be aware that, about 15 years ago, a kook who called himself
"murphy" (among thousands of other nyms -- that one had more socks than
The Sock Monster) embarked upon a years-long crusade to get news server
admins to ban various people for allegedly being Derbyshire. None of the
targets of his harassment were ever banned, and he became a laughingstock
among the server admins he kept pestering. Eventually he had the most
remarkable meltdown, stomping his feet and saying he was leaving Usenet
FOREVAR!11!1one because nobody would listen to his windmill-tilting
demented ravings, winning a Sidaway and several lesser kook awards for
his troubles.

Needless to say, he didn't actually leave Usenet, though he did morph
again right after his 600-line meltdown rant. Indeed, he had an
illustrious career thereafter: multiple KotM wins, Goofy-Azzed Baboon,
LMAs left and right, and once people figured out his hot-button kook
issues, more than a few Allisats; he spent a long stint as Kooki
Information Minister and racked up pretty much every lifetime
achievement award save the Bobo. Outer-filthing attempts and a threat
to go RL on someone (me, as a matter of fact) netted him a Pickett's
Charge, and unsurprisingly he picked up a Custer too; he was 2012's Kook
of the Year. In the end, having amassed almost every single kook award it
was possible to get, he withered into a pale husk of his former
flamboyantly kooky self and disappeared for real, likely into Australia's
labyrinthine mental health care system, never to be seen again.

And none of the people he railed at for allegedly being Derbyshire ever
did get banned from any server due to his rantings and ravings. Not a one.

I say all of this because it looks like you might be starting down the
same road of Derbyshire obsession that eventually consumed poor murphy.
Now you are forewarned of exactly where that road leads in the end, and
you can make an informed choice whether to continue.

And meanwhile, I will be preparing ballot papers and related awards forms
and documentation in case you choose poorly.
