Provide a sample <MID>.

With a Message ID, a server administrator can go look.

A MID have angle brackets, like this  <[email protected]>

To test a <MID>, you can place it, angle brackets and all, into Howard
and search for it. That's an easy way to see the Body of a
really old message.

If you provide several MIDs, this helps establish the spamming pattern.
