They dont't stop, only the path have changed.
Perhaps the Alphanet server admin has made many new feeds to propagate 
his abusive cancels. Or there is another reason. I don't know.

Before 29 April, no cancel from miakibot pass to "Aioe.org"

The 8 may, the path of the cancels was:

Now (after you stop the direct feed ?) the path of these abusives 
cancels present on your server are:
