Some user has reported me that a cancelbot, miakibot, is cancelling 
legitimate articles. I don't know french usenet and i don't understand 
french so it's hard for me to make some direct check. That cancelbot 
sounds strange (mostly due the lack of documentation), aphanet admin 
doesn't reply to my mails so i've made the decision to block it.

If it's filtering *real* abuses i could unblock it.
I react to complaints, i nobody complaints, everything is fine for me.
