Due to making to many mistakes I got a days ban - but was not mentioned on the webpage.

Hello people,

I was trying to send a "hand crafted" message containing a text and HTML 
part (MIME envelope) to "aioe.test" and got an error message a number of 
times - due to me having no idea what such a message, when transmitted, 
exactly looks like, and I was experimenting.

What surprised me was that I got a ban even though I especially picked the 
"aioe.test" newsgroup for it.   But thats not the problem.  I think I can 
understand the reasons for it.

What is is that I went to https://news.aioe.org/stats/banned-ips/ to check 
for the (more descriptive) reason and for how long I was banned, but could 
not find myself (my WAN IP) at all.  Is there a reason for that ?  Or just 
an oversight ?


And another thing : I went to https://news.aioe.org/manual/contacts/ to see 
how I could contact you guys, and found "aioe.news.helpdesk is the main 
english helpdesk group.", with that "aioe.news.helpdesk" part being a link 
to news://aioe.news.helpdesk .  Which, in my newsgroup reader, just tries to 
add a new NNTP server. :-|

I have no idea if its possible to link to a newsgroup on a server, but that 
link definitily "isn't quite it".
