stop and start postfilter

Hello,

For testing purpose, I have to stop (and later restart) postfilter.

Is there any "official" way to do so?

I initially thought "ctlinnd perl n" did the job, but was said that this 
do not concern nnrpd.pl

of course, I still can rename the postfilter file, but there may be some 
more soft way
