Firstly, you do not say where this happens.  I'd expect this to be about 
the url-bar in the browser but that has absolutely nothing to do with 
aioe at all.  Seamonkey problems don't belong in this group anyway, 
Seamonkey has its own group which is also hosted on this server.

As an aside, look at about:config and the browser.urlbar.trimURLs 
setting there.  The standard value is the correct one.
