Wow, you've heard of routing! You're so so clever! Did mummy just explain it 
to you and now you think you can just use it as an answer to any random 
connection issue?

Go have a sit down and ask yourself what the point of routing 2 addresses 
on the same subnet (46.165.242.*) to one server is. If the routing to that
subnet fails then BOTH addresses will be dead.

When you've done that and your lonely braincell has recovered ask yourself
how one server can operate as a failover for itself.
