Digging through that contorted grammar I think you seem to think that
news.aioe.org and nntp.aioe.org are held by different ISPs. They're not,
they both belong to Leaseweb Deustchland. I'm sure you know how to find that
information for yourself being so smart.

As for 2 servers:
