Ping AIOE - Ping Mixmin - Both services down for days.

Mixmin and AIOE both tanked around the same time. Both have been 
inaccessible for several days. Here are the current outputs that I am 
getting:

telnet news.mixmin.net 119
Connected to news.mixmin.net.

400 Interrupted system call writing creating overview file -- throttling
Connection closed by foreign host.

telnet news.aioe.org 119
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused

telnet nntp.aioe.org 119
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused
