You're probably thinking of WHOIS. Unfortunately, the whois record for AIOE.ORG is privacy protected, so it mostly says "REDACTED FOR PRIVACY" except for name, country, and state/province. The whois record does, however, say "Admin Email: Please query the RDDS service of the Registrar of Record identified in this output for information on how to contact the Registrant, Admin, or Tech contact of the queried domain name." The registrar is tucows.com, although the Registrar URL is listed as http://tucowsdomains.com/ . The DNS service is listed as having been sold via aruba.it. The WHOIS record also has this interesting line: Registrant Email: https://tieredaccess.com/contact/977cdde1-f485-4d47-b6ad-30aab68414c3 which I haven't tried. HTH, -WBE
