Trump finally wakes up from a 3 day slumber on not saying anything about
operation spiderweb. He basically said Ukraine should expect Russia to
retaliate.  This is as close as he can get to saying Russia is the victim
and I’m on their side, without saying Russia is the victim and I’m on their
side
