DOTHAN, Ala (WDHN) — A Eufaula man was arrested and booked into the Houston County Jail after Dothan investigators claimed he raped an intoxicated woman. James Arthur Walker Jr. was arrested on Wednesday, September 25, and charged with one count of rape. According to Dothan Police, on June 15, 26-year-old Walker Jr. had sex with a woman he knew who was under the influence of alcohol and unable to give consent. Police say the alleged crime occurred at a Dothan hotel. Jail records show Walker Jr. was released from the Houston County Jail on a $60,000 bond.
