I've never explored the CO method.  I have tried to hang myself, only to ha=
ve some misguided individual intervene and cut my body down, unfortunately =
before it was too late.  What I want to do is figure out a way to hang myse=
lf that will cause total separation of my neck, at either the base of the c=
2 or c3, with only a 1- or 2-foot drop.  I need suggestions!
