Nevertheless, if we rescued them mid-Channel , turned them round and 
took them immediately back to the EU shore whence they came on every 
single occasion without fail, the problem would go away very quickly. If 
we wanted to make doubly sure - all we would have to do is stop giving 
them a free living when they do manage to get here (getting benefits 
which many British folk are going without) and widely publicise it. The 
two things would stop the trade almost immediately. Simples! Tchk!
