I also have a huge ceramic mug (or two) that says "Nacho favorite", and I use two tea bags in it. I've been thinking about going to loose leaf due to the recent news about teabags, but I've still got a bit of stock to drink through. I mostly drink green tea, or earl grey, or "just tea" black tea. When I'm not drinking coffee instead. The teas seem a little less inclined to induce any caffeine jitters. I'm also partial to an herbal tea in the evenings. Lafe
