Just as we have for the last couple of Centuries. See the Chinatown in 
East London where Sherlock Holmes visited the drug dens, where they 
later made cheap clothes using imported labour, and more recently, the 
Empire Windrush importing people from the West Indies to do low paid 
jobs the Brits were too proud to do.

Before that, we happily welcomed religious refugees who gradually took 
over a lot of our industry to the extent we now regard the families as 
part of our upper echelon.

The boat trade is due to too many employers not being too fussy about 
checking the legality of those looking for jobs while being happy they 
can get away with illegally ,low wages.
