When I was young, you had to mix a new jar of peanut butter to incorporate the thick layer of oil at the top. Nowadays that is no longer necessary. Back then the ingredients were peanuts and salt. I bet there are quite a few more now. Also, if "they" could find a way of adding water to it, they would do it. -- Ben
