The addict is self destructive and other destructive ... always wanting to stick some thing ... into ... some hole .... some where.

They often times will not stop .. will not let it go .. and Cling to it like a baby bottle or their mommies leg.

For to do so would mean they would have to cry out the bitter salty tears and  find love.
