I am working to change the law of Service members Group Life Insurance to cover all newly discharged disabled veterans .. as service connection is not a doubt. Their brain got destroyed in combat .. their body saved by combat medicine.
If they died on the battlefield the widows and orphans get the Life insurance .. when they die months and years later as their body has finally caught up to their destroyed brain .. off the battlefield .. they get nothing.
Have to change the law .. the money is there ... all paid for by Active Duty Veterans .. the law is there .. just asking to move the SGLI insurance coverage is all.
