Sounds like the same symptoms I had.
FYI it took 4 to 6 weeks to recover from it.
We have free Rapid tests so you can test at home.

I ordered groceries online and had them delivered.

You probably won't reinfect yourself if you don't.
If you clean you'll be tired and need to nap again.
