I buy loose leaf tea.
My ritual is I put some in tea strainer and wait for the kettle to boil.
While that is happening, sometimes I graze on stuff on the counter or do
some squats. If it is black tea then I pour the water in a mug with the
tea and leave it steep for a few minutes after which I add some milk. If
it some other kind of tea: green, white, rooibos then I remove the
strainer after it has steeped.
